Scholastic is looking for Native writers & illustrators

Scholastic recognizes the critical need for more stories by creators who identify as Indigenous, First Nations, Native American, and/or American Indian. We would love to receive submissions or sample work from unagented authors, illustrators, and author-illustrators who identify as Indigenous.

Submissions will remain open through July 31st.

• Applicants must identify as one or more of the following: Indigenous, First Nations, Native American, and/or American Indian
• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Applicants must be residents of either the United States or Canada
• Applicants must be unagented
