Harpo Foundation Grants for Native Artists

The Harpo Foundation is offering two grants for under-recognized Native artists.
Grants includes:
Grants for Visual Artists: Provides direct support to under-recognized visual artists over the age of 21. Under-recognized is self-defined based on the artist’s medium. Grants are up to $10,000.
Required Marterials include: resume, artist statement (up to 200 words) and up to 10 work samples.
The Impact Award for Native American Art: An annual $25,000 fellowship for Native contemporary visual artists. It aims to further the Foundations mission to “expand creative inquiry through inclusivity and equirtable representation in the visual arts.”
Required Materials include: grant for visual artists application and additional prompts about the award.
Both applications have a $15 application fee and are due by April 28, 2025.
Recipients will be notified by Decemeber 1, 2025.
