Indigenous Identities: Here, Now & Always

The Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University is hosting this exhibition, Indigenous Identities: Here, Now & Always, curated by the late, renowned artist Jaune Quick-to-See Smith (Citizen of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Nation).
The show features 103 contemporary works from well-established and new artists alike looking at common themes in the Native American community. The exhibition is “a provocative and visually stunning view of contemporary art.”
Admission to the Zimmerli Art Museum is always free, and tickets are not needed. This show will be up through December 21st, 2025.
